Dalian stamping parts refer to metal products processed using stamping technology, which are made of metal materials through stamping processing. According to its processing method, stamping parts are an important component of the pressure forming process. It is a product that cuts, bends, and processes metal materials into parent parts with specific geometric shapes and dimensions to achieve certain functional and structural purposes. It is usually composed of metal plates, metal pipes, and irregular materials, and can be designed with various different shapes of parts according to the required molds, such as handles, worm gears, installation parts, etc. The advantages of stamping parts are compact structure, light weight, ability to accommodate more complex functions, and low cost. Dalian stamping parts can generally be divided into two categories: mechanical stamping and cold stamping.
Mechanical stamping: By using mechanical power and using machine tools to control precise movement, the material is pulled into the stamping mold according to the required shape, and the mold is shaped to obtain the stamping part.
Cold stamping: Using a press machine, the metal sheet is placed inside the stamping mold, and the sliding block of the mold movement is used to stretch the sheet to the specified shape. The stamping part can be obtained by shaping the sheet using the mold.
Stamped parts have a wide range of applications in industrial production, widely used in various fields such as home appliances, automobiles, aviation, shipbuilding, electromechanical, electronics, etc. They are mainly used to produce various types of components, such as frames, joints, gaskets, brackets, connecting rods, etc., greatly improving production efficiency.
